Role summary
The modernspace Project Coordinator is a supporting role in a client facing team, the key support for Project Managers and Account Managers. Communicating and implementing requirements within customer Projects and Programs.
Essential responsibilities
- Ensure all information needed to run fast-paced projects are up to date and reliable.
- You are part of a team that is the interface between clients, all departments of our internal global organization and 3rd party outsource partners.
- Plan, manage, adjust and troubleshoot project plans.
- Support business development team through planning and quotation.
- Identify exceptions before they become problems.
- Logistics and installation coordination.

- Commercially minded and client focused.
- Good communication skills in English.

- Experience in a supportive project management role
